Magical prop Making
In 2022 I spent an amazing six months in London as prop maker at the wonderful The Magic of Things, making and manufacturing all kinds of magical creations.
Daily I would finish and paint a quota of FDM printed magic wand components, alongside coming up with creative methods to mass produce, paint, and manufacture other magical items such as resin cast coins,
interactive tabletop magic units, and drink dispensing creature heads.
I also got to tackle graphic design for promotional materials and campaigns as well as packaging for retail products. All whilst working with the incredibly talented engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to adhere to tight deadlines.
Whilst budgeting, maintaining stock levels, and scheduling projects, I worked to produce all kinds of bespoke props for venues and manufactured items for retail.
